Did you know that we host Birthday Parties?! We are the perfect venue for any mini ice cream lover.

You will be located in our exclusive fenced off party area which has its own party marquee and bouncy castle to enjoy. Each party guest will receive a mini moo’s lunchbox which contains a sandwich, crisps, yoghurt, babybel and raisins finished off with a scoop of our delicious ice cream!

The area can be hired for 2 hours either 10:30am-12:30pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm. The total cost for all of the above is £270 for 30 max party guests.

Our very talented ice cream maker also makes these amazing birthday cakes! Filled with your choice of either vanilla sponge and jam or chocolate sponge and chocolate butter cream. Cost is £42 and will serve roughly 30 children’s slices.



What is included in the price?

Private hire of the party pen area for 2 hours which includes use of the marquee, our 20ft bouncy castle, straw bales, insta-wall, your own dedicated party host, a party meal for each guest as well as a scoop of ice cream for dessert.


How many children is the party based on?

Parties are booked for a maximum of 30 children at £270. You may bring less children but the charge still applies.


Do I need to pay for adults?

No, adults are free of charge.


Is there a maximum number of children I can bring?

Yes there is a maximum number of 30 children per party. Any siblings are counted as party attendees (under 1’s are free).


What is the total number of people that can attend the party?

We ask for no more than 60 people total – this includes both children and adults.


What age is the party best suited for?

Our recommended age range is 2-7years old.


What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the date of the party. A 50% refund will be made to any cancellation made prior to 2 weeks before the date of the party. Any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.


Do I need to pay a deposit?

We ask for full payment at the time of booking.


What happens if it rains?

The bouncy castle has a roof so can be used in light rain. If there is severe weather and you are unable to use the bouncy castle as it is unsafe then your party host will play some party games with the guests in the marquee. Please note we do not cancel parties due to bad weather!


Can we use the other facilities on site?

Yes you are more than welcome to use the other facilities e.g. playground. But children should be supervised by an accompanying adult whilst doing so.


Can we arrive early to set up?

Yes the party pen is available for you to set up 30 minutes before the start time and should be vacated no later than 30 minutes after booked slot.


Can I put up decorations and balloons?

Yes you are more than welcome to bring your own decorations to put up. We just ask they are all removed before you leave. Please also do not bring any confetti or pinata’s with tissue paper.


Can we play music?

Yes there is a speaker that you can connect to play music from.


CanI bring an entertainer?

Yes you can bring your own entertainer and there is a power socket up there if needed.


Will there be drinks?

Yes there will be jugs of water and squash available throughout the party.


What does the lunch box contain?

There is either a cheese or ham sandwich, a packet of pom bears, a box of raisins, a yoghurt and a babybel.


What if a child has an allergy or special dietary requirement?

We offer vegan alternatives for all the food along with a gluten free option and vegetarian options too. Please just make a note of this on the booking form.


Can we bring our own cake?

You are more than welcome to bring a birthday cake for the party.


Can you supply food for the adults?

Yes we have a selection of sandwich platters available to pre order.


Do you provide cutlery etc?

Yes we provide, cutlery, plates, napkins, cups. However, we don’t provide table cloths.


Can we set up a tab?

Yes, your party host can help arrange this for you on the day.


If the party is unable to go ahead due to local or national lockdown as a result of Covid-19 what happens?

In this situation then we will issue a full refund.
