Terms and Conditions Party Cabins
Parties are booked for 30 children at £370. You may bring less children but the minimum charge still applies.
Any siblings are counted as party attendees (under 1’s are free).
Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the date of the party. A 50% refund will be made to any cancellations made prior to 3 weeks before the date of the party. Any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.
Final numbers and food choices should be confirmed 2 weeks before the date of the party. Any choices confirmed after this date cannot be guaranteed.
The bouncy castle will not be able to be used if there is severe weather due to health and safety restrictions. Refunds will not be provided and parties will not be transferred if the bouncy castle is not able to be used due to bad weather.
Lewis of London cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to clothing or belongings whilst at our venue.
Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or failure to follow our conditions shall deem the Hirer liable for full repair or replacement costs.
It is parents and accompanying adults responsibility to supervise all children when using the bouncy castle and ensure all rules are abided by. Lewis of London take no responsibility for any accidents caused whilst the bouncy castle is in use. Rules of the inflatables
- Adhere to maximum number of children allowed on at one time (displayed on inflatable)
- No food or drink
- No shoes
- No climbing on the side or roof of inflatable
- No rough play
- No glasses
Children attending the party must remain under supervision of an accompanying adult at all times.
The party pen is available for you to set up no earlier than 30 minutes before and must be vacated no later than 30 minutes after booked slot.
The party pen must be left in its original condition on departure i.e. no decorations left up and no rubbish left or you may be charged.
NO BBQ’s allowed on site
No glass allowed on site
Any external caterers or contractors need to be at the agreement of Lewis of London
All tabs must be settled before leaving site.
