Terms and Conditions
Parties are booked for 30 children at £310. You may bring less children but the minimum charge still applies.
Any siblings are counted as party attendees (under 1’s are free).
Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the date of the party. A 50% refund will be made to any cancellations made prior to 2 weeks before the date of the party. Any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.
Final numbers should be confirmed 2 weeks before the date of the party.
The bouncy castle will not be able to be used if there is severe weather due to health and safety restrictions. It is the parents and accompanying adults responsibility to supervise and abide by the following rules: Only 15 children allowed on at one time, no climbing on the walls, no shoes, food or drink allowed and no rough play.
Lewis of London cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to clothing or belongings whilst at our venue.
Any damage to the equipment caused by misuse or failure to follow our conditions shall deem the Hirer liable for full repair or replacement costs.
It is parents and accompanying adults responsibility to supervise all children when using the bouncy castle and ensure all rules are abided by. Lewis of London take no responsibility for any accidents caused whilst the bouncy castle is in use.
As we are a working farm and open to the public, the children attending the party must remain under supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
The party pen is available for you to set up no earlier than 30 minutes before and must be vacated no later than 30 minutes after booked slot.
The party pen must be left in its original condition i.e. please take down any decorations, tidy away any rubbish.
If the party is unable to go ahead due to local or national lockdown as a result of Covid-19 then a full refund will be issued.
